New Program

Something New Is Coming to the High Desert

There is no dedicated maternity housing in San Bernardino County for pregnant women experiencing homelessness — not one bed designed for pregnancy and the postpartum year. We're building a two-stage residence model to close that gap, opening soon in Hesperia and Victorville, with plans to expand into Riverside and San Diego Counties.

  • Stage One: pregnancy residence with birth doula support & childbirth education
  • Stage Two: postpartum residence with lactation consulting & newborn care support
  • Perinatal services funded through a Medi-Cal contracted doula group partnership
